Cable distribution junction boxes PIP-3AN are intended for use in fire alarm systems.
PIP-3AN cable distribution junction boxes are designed for connecting signaling devices of the SG-Pgw type, and SO-Pp11, SO-Pd11, SO-Pd12, SAOZ-Pk, SGO-Pgz2, SA-K5N, SA-K7N types, as well as other types of alarm devices and speakers in wired broadcasting systems (emergency warning systems), smoke dampers, etc. The task of the cable distribution junction boxes is to ensure signal continuity in the signal line even after the given signaling/alarm device burns down, and preventing the failure in operation of signaling devices placed outside the fire zone.



Construction:



The PIP-3AN cable distribution junction box is made from steel sheet, powder coated in red. It contains ceramic connection blocks with a disposable overload fuse. The cable junction box is equipped with separate terminals to connect the power line input and the synchronization line, separate terminals to connect the supply line output and the synchronization line, and further ones to connect the supply lines for the SG-Pgw signaling device or the SO-Pp11, SO-Pd11, SO-Pd12, SA-K5N, SA-K7N alarm devices through a fuse, as well as the synchronization line. There are two holes in the cable distribution junction box to facilitate fixing it to the ceiling or wall with metal pegs, and two rivet nuts to which (with M4 screws) the signaling device base should be affixed. The PIP-3AN cable distribution junction box is characterized by straight through or angular (90 degrees) laying of the signal line. The PIP-3AN cable distribution junction box is made of two PIP-1AN cable junction box segments. The company W2 manufactures PIP-3AN cable distribution junction boxes with a 0.75A fuses. The PIP-3AN cable distribution junction box is also available in the PIP-3AN version with no fuse, which in its construction and connecting capacity is identical with the PIP- 3AN cable distribution junction box.
