In combination with a hanger bolt the Apolo MEA blockwork anchor MSD complies the technical guidlines for gas pipe installations (TRGI 3.3.7.2.). Furthermore the MSD is suitable for many applications in various building materials, if a plug made of plastic is not required. The toothed surface provides a secure grip in different base material. The drill hole diameter depens on the compressive strength of the building material (see load table). In aerated concrete AAC2, the MSD can be hammered in usually even without pre-drilling.
